By accessing or using the Draft Monkeys FFL platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. All paid features on Draft Monkeys FFL are software subscriptions and add-ons for fantasy league management. The Service does not offer gambling, cash prizes, entry fees wagered for prizes, or payouts. Draft Monkeys may offer promotional contests with non-cash benefits under separate official rules; participation never creates a cash pool or wager.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Draft Monkeys FFL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. Each user may only maintain one account.

Commissioners are responsible for setting and enforcing league rules within their respective leagues. Draft Monkeys FFL provides the platform and tools for league management but does not arbitrate disputes between league members. Commissioners may modify scoring rules, roster configurations, and league settings through the commissioner control panel. All league members agree to abide by the rules set by their league commissioner. Draft Monkeys FFL reserves the right to intervene in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

All users must participate in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination: - Collusion between league members (coordinating trades, lineups, or outcomes to gain an unfair advantage) - Creating multiple accounts to gain advantages within the same league - Intentionally tanking or losing to manipulate standings, draft picks, or playoff seeding - Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform - Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users - Exploiting bugs or glitches in the platform rather than reporting them - Manipulation of the payment system Violations of the Fair Play Policy may result in league removal and permanent account suspension at Draft Monkeys FFL's sole discretion.

Charges are limited to platform package purchases (Free Spider Monkey, Silverback, Monkey Kong) and optional add-ons. All charges are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are honored only when requested within 24 hours of the original purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final — no refunds will be issued for the current season under any circumstance, including partial or prorated refunds. The platform service is a single-season (4–5 month) offering; purchasing means committing to the full season. TIER CHANGES: You may upgrade a league to a higher tier at any time; upgrades are charged the difference between what was already paid for the current season and the price of the higher tier — tier changes are new charges, never refunds. Downgrades to a lower tier are not offered. NO GAMBLING / NO CASH PRIZES: Draft Monkeys FFL is a software platform for fantasy league management. All payments are for software features and services only and are not staked, pooled, or paid out as winnings. Draft Monkeys may separately offer promotional contests with non-cash benefits, such as product access or merchandise, under the applicable official rules. There is no separate contest entry fee, cash pot, cash prize, or payout. Draft Monkeys does not collect, hold, or distribute league dues. Any league entry fees are managed directly between league members and their commissioner outside our platform.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the Draft Monkeys FFL name, logo, scoring engine, league analyzer, podcast content, and website design — are owned by Draft Monkeys FFL and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without express written permission. User-generated content (league names, team names, forum posts) remains the property of the respective users, but you grant Draft Monkeys FFL a non-exclusive license to display such content within the platform.

Draft Monkeys FFL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft Monkeys FFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Draft Monkeys FFL in the 12 months preceding the claim. Draft Monkeys FFL is not responsible for the performance of third-party services including but not limited to Stripe, NFL data providers, or hosting platforms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or the Fair Play Policy. You may delete your Draft Monkeys account from Settings in the mobile app. Draft Monkeys personal app data and community content are removed; de-identified shared league history may remain for league integrity. Because Draft Monkeys and ScrimmageLab use a shared sign-in, this product-only deletion preserves the ScrimmageLab account and does not directly cancel a separately purchased ScrimmageLab subscription. Eligibility for a complimentary benefit linked to active Draft Monkeys membership may end. Contact admin@thedraftmonkeys.com for a coordinated request covering the shared identity and both services. Any outstanding obligations will be handled according to league rules and applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit against Draft Monkeys FFL.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account termination.
