MONKEY MADNESS — OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED · NO SEPARATE ENTRY FEE · WORLDWIDE

1. Eligibility

Participation is worldwide. An entrant must have a valid Draft Monkeys account and one of the following: access through a Silverback or Monkey Kong league, including promo-granted access, or any current standalone add-on entitlement. A free-only account without one of those entitlements is not eligible. Monkey Madness adds no contest-specific age, geography, state, province, territory, or Draft Monkeys employee restriction. Entrants must still satisfy the Draft Monkeys platform Terms and applicable law, including the Terms' current platform-wide age requirement.

2. Entry Limit and Current Window

Each Draft Monkeys account may submit one entry per NFL season. Entries are accepted during registration and during active Week 1 for as long as at least one Week 1 game is still scheduled or postponed with a verified kickoff in the future. A Week 1 game that has already kicked off, finished, or been canceled does not hold entry open, even when its listed kickoff has not passed. Because Week 1 kickoffs are staggered, a later entrant simply has fewer games left to choose from.

3. Weekly Picks

An alive entry selects one NFL team to win during each week of the NFL regular season. A team may be used only once by that entry during the season. A current pick may be changed only until the currently selected team's actual kickoff. Once that selected game begins, the pick is locked and cannot be changed to a later game.

4. Elimination

A loss, an NFL tie, or failure to submit a pick eliminates the entry. A winning pick advances the entry to the next week.

5. Winning-Margin Tiebreaker

Each winning pick adds that NFL team's actual margin of victory to the entry's cumulative total. A loss, tie, or no-pick adds zero. Point spreads do not affect this total.

6. Winner Determination

If exactly one survivor remains after an official weekly settlement before Week 18, that entrant wins immediately and the contest ends. If all remaining entrants with valid submitted picks lose or tie in the same week, only those submitted-loss or tied-pick entrants are candidates, and the highest cumulative winning-margin total among them wins. No-pick entrants are eliminated and excluded from that comparison. If every remaining entrant fails to submit a pick, all are eliminated and the contest completes with no winner. If multiple entries survive through Week 18, the survivor or survivors with the highest cumulative winning-margin total win. Exact highest-total ties produce co-winners.

7. Prize

Each winner receives Monkey Kong for the next NFL season, including ScrimmageLab, plus Draft Monkeys swag. Monkey Madness does not use a pot or cash pool and does not award a cash prize. Each exact-tie co-winner receives the full prize.

8. Results and Corrections

Picks remain private until the applicable week is finalized. A week may finalize only when every game in the authoritative slate is final and the clock reaches 8:00 a.m. America/New_York on the calendar day after the week's latest scheduled game. Results, elimination status, winning-margin totals, and winners are based on that finalized settlement. Later official score or schedule corrections require explicit admin review and never silently rewrite finalized public history or a contest outcome.
